Budget and Finance Committee

The Budget and Finance Committee, with the Treasurer as an integral member, is the financial backbone of the association. They meticulously prepare the annual budget. This committee also manages capital expenditures and ensures that all accounts payable align with the set budget. Furthermore, they are tasked with reviewing and securing essential insurance policies, maintaining an inventory of capital assets, and recommending annual financial audits and tax filings.

Marketing and Events Committee

This committee is at the forefront of promoting the Ohio Land Bank Association's mission and activities. They organize an annual conference, which serves as a platform for members and other interested parties to network and gain insights into the activities of Ohio county land reutilization corporations. They also develop both printed and electronic resources that articulate the association's mission, goals, and objectives to its members and the wider public. Enhancing member communication through various channels, including the website and newsletters, is also within their purview.

Membership and Outreach Committee
