Estee Miller is a Community Development Planner at Maumee Valley Planning Organization (MVPO). MVPO is a regional planning and development organization that serves five counties in Northwest Ohio– Williams, Henry, Fulton, Paulding and Defiance. Estee, native to Paulding County, is a two-time alumna of Bowling Green State University where she received her Bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Studies (2020) and a Master’s in Public Administration (2022).  

In her role as a Community Development Planner, Estee gets the privilege to serve the MVPO region in various capacities, including as the primary administrator for each of the five county Land Banks. In addition to her work with the Land Banks, Estee helped drive the creation of the region’s Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) plan, assists with CDBG projects, and also administers various EPA and ODNR grants for the MVPO service area.  

Estee is also active in her community where she is the Executive Director of the Paulding County Hospital Foundation, and is a board member of Paulding County’s CIC, the Oakwood Development Company, and the Oakwood Arbor.
