Ethan Harris

Picture
Ethan Harris is the Clark County Land Bank Executive Director and County Development Director. His daily work duties include assisting his dedicated staff of eighteen teen with community development activities and helping businesses within Clark County. He started his career with the County as an intern in 2015. Since then, he has had the pleasure of operating NIP, repurposing the Upper Valley Mall, back filling a closed Kroger and countless other housing projects. He enjoys getting to work hands-on with the community and with the committed people that make it a great place to live, work, and play.
