David Mann is the President & CEO of the Lucas County Land Bank, helping to transform homes and lives in his adopted community of Toledo. A leader of the organization since its founding in 2010, David has the privilege of working with a talented and accomplished team and a committed Board. Together, the Land Bank is overseeing thousands of projects and a budget of $39 million in 2025. David is deeply involved in housing, redevelopment, public policy, and land banking issues at the local, state, and national level. He is a founding Director of the Ohio Land Bank Association. David is an attorney and graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law with the highest honors. He quite enjoys movies and travel (ask him!)
