Dan Morganti is the Executive Director of the Portage County Land Bank, a quasi-governmental non-profit organization whose mission is to facilitate the conversation of vacant, blighted, abandoned, and tax-delinquent properties to productive use for the benefit of the community. Prior to leading the Land Bank, Dan’s previous professional experience included private sector work in the field of land surveying and civil engineering, and he has more than ten years of experience in community development with local governments in Stark County and at the City of Kent. Dan holds a Bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University, and a Master’s of Urban Planning, Design, and Development from Cleveland State University.
