Paul Bradley joined the Montgomery County Land Bank in 2022 after spending the last decade working in Federal and Local government in the Dayton Region, most notably with the office of Senator Sherrod Brown and as Montgomery County Treasurer. As the Executive Director for the Land Bank, Paul oversees a portfolio of programs that include county-wide demolition, brownfield remediation, home rehab and construction, commercial redevelopment, and strategic acquisitions.

Paul earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Dayton and has served on many local boards, including the Dayton Human Relations Council, Miami Valley Fair Housing Center, and the City of Dayton Plan Board.  Paul and his family live in Dayton’s historic St. Anne’s Hill neighborhood.
