General registrations made after the Early Bird deadline will be charged at the Full Conference rate of $450 per full conference attendee and $275 per one-day conference attendee. Late registrations, submitted after April 10, 2026, will be charged $650 for full-conference attendees and $350 for one-day conference attendees. Conference add-ons, credit card processing fees are not included in the ticket costs.

Toledo is one of Ohio’s great cities, and if you’ve always wanted to learn more, this mobile tour is for you. Experience some of the best our community has to offer, including a historic home tour near the world-famous Toledo Museum of Art, the stunning Spanish-style Rosary Cathedral in the heart of the Old West End, the quiet beauty and the thrill of the game on the campus of The University of Toledo, and delicious Latin cuisine at the Sofia Quintero Arts & Cultural Center in the Old South End.
Mobile Tour 3 - Transforming Neighborhoods | Thursday, April 23 | 9:00am - 11:30am
For fifteen years, the Lucas County Land Bank has demonstrated that change is not top-down. Change is made with residents, rooted in trust, and visible block by block. Attendees on this tour will see the fruits of this work at an urban farming site, at vacant lots that are now beautiful spaces, at homes made healthy through renovation efforts, and at the highest point in Toledo, a former church now being rebuilt as a multi-purpose community center.
Mobile Tour 4 - Downtown Development | Thursday, April 23 | 1:00pm - 3:30pm
This walking tour of downtown Toledo will offer attendees the chance to see the evolution of a central business district into a dynamic residential and entertainment district over the past twenty years. The tour will start at the iconic Fifth Third Field, home to the Toledo Mud Hens minor league baseball team and continue to building transformations like the Pythian Castle and Burt’s Theater, made famous by the lyrics of Kenny Rogers. The tour will also feature the Lucas County Land Bank’s dual skyscraper revitalization at the Four Corners, before wrapping up at Promenade Park, the hottest destination for concerts and gatherings on the Maumee River.
